(1) Vendor needs to provide pavement management system.– Pavement management system (PMS) supports strategic planning and informed decision–making for highway infrastructure. – It offers a comprehensive overview of pavement conditions across the network and provides tools to assist with maintenance and rehabilitation planning. – Solutions should indicate whether they include native bridge management system (BMS) functionality or proven integration with a third–party BMS. – Geotechnical: storage and association of geotechnical data for planning and risk analysis. – Cloud–based server and operation environment. – Integration with asset inventory systems. – System, security and user access control. – Pavement rehabilitation optimization analysis. – GIS–native appurtenance inventory management. – Mobile inspection and field data collection. – Capture and maintain data for appurtenance asset class. – Analytics and dashboards integrated with GIS. – Interactive map display (ArcGIS).
