Vendor needs to provide oracle upgrade and migration services. Acquire, configure, and test IT capabilities to comply with approved requirements. Train the customer base, maintain, and sustain all operational IT systems and capabilities. Establish and maintain applicable Project Baselines. Ensure these are effectively managed with appropriate Acquisition Configuration Management (CM) Control and associated processes. Actively maintain and manage requirements associated with eIT PMO IT Systems for the Services. Provide technical remediation services and/or create ad–hoc custom capabilities for SAE on an as needed basis. Perform SAE software upgrades, not to exceed one major upgrade (up to 1500 hours) and one minor upgrade (up to 700 hours). Provide description of services and complete pricing based on estimated billable hours for technical remediation services, ad–hoc custom capability creation, or software upgrades in advance of work performance. Provide an onsite validation support package for Argus Safety (or equivalent Oracle products).
