Vendor needs to provide operational strategy services: 1. Develop the department’s core mission and objectives to meet the core mission. 2. Develop a centralized strategic plan. 3. Develop a schedule for implementation of the strategic plan initiatives over a two to three–year period and assist the department with implementation during that period. All questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026.
