The New York Department is requesting information from vendors regarding the development and implementation of an online platform aimed at supporting health care career development, workforce sustainability, and outreach initiatives. The primary goal is to empower individuals to pursue and advance their careers in health care, while addressing both immediate and long-term workforce needs. This effort seeks to build a more robust, diverse, and effective health care workforce for the future.
Vendors are asked to propose approaches that will enhance the web-based experience for end-users, including strategies for providing follow-up, managing user queries, and facilitating connections with job coaches, academic mentors, or agency representatives when appropriate. Submissions should also address outreach strategies utilizing both traditional and social media marketing to maximize the platform's reach and effectiveness. Additionally, vendors should identify the key technical competencies, skills, and domain expertise necessary to successfully design, develop, deploy, and maintain the online platform across its entire lifecycle.
Interested parties should note that all questions must be submitted by March 6, 2026.
