Submissions should also address outreach strategies utilizing both traditional and social media marketing to maximize the platform's reach and effectiveness. Additionally, vendors should identify the key technical competencies, skills, and domain expertise necessary to successfully design, develop, deploy, and maintain the online platform across its entire lifecycle.
