A banking agency is seeking information regarding the development or supply of an online investigative searching tool or application. This platform is intended to serve as an intermediary between airlines and travel agencies, including major online travel services such as Orbitz, Expedia, and Travelocity.
The desired tool should be capable of providing a range of search results related to airline ticket and passenger data. These include, but are not limited to: date of issue, ticket number, passenger name, passenger record number, ticket segment number, date of departure, departure location, lifting carrier name, flight number, origination airport, destination airport, plating carrier name, form of payment, and travel agency number.
Interested vendors should have the capability to deliver all, some, or none of these data fields within the investigative tool. The agency is conducting this RFI to gather potential solutions and approaches for the effective development and implementation of such a platform.
