The municipality of Ontario is seeking market intelligence from qualified vendors for a modern, cloud–ready finance and ERP system. Vendors are requested to identify and provide information on viable commercial off–the–shelf (COTS) or SaaS finance and ERP solutions that align with the needs of a mid–sized state municipal government.

The ideal system should demonstrate experience in data management and migration, particularly for moving large historical datasets from legacy systems such as Dynamics GP. Integration capabilities are crucial, with robust APIs and web services required for interoperability with other municipal systems. Core financial functionalities required include general ledger, accounts payable with procure–to–pay workflows, accounts receivable, revenue and deposits, bank reconciliation, and management of fixed and tangible capital assets.

Questions must be submitted no later than March 17, 2026. Vendors should have proven expertise in delivering such solutions to public sector clients and be able to support seamless migration and integration processes.
