Vendor needs to provide brand Identity and Strategy Development for the Stakeholder Engagement and to give the industry the opportunity to provide feedback on the requirement and subsequent engagement activities. Examine the current operating model and strategy of the Strategic Partner Engagement Program, taking into account industry standards. Recommend modifications or improvements to be made to the program and its future strategic direction based on their research. Conduct a market and competitive analysis focused on the entities involved in strategic partner engagement. Develop brand image elements, including visual elements (colors, templates) and verbal elements (naming conventions, messages), and establish detailed brand guideline. Examples of customized narrative communication to be used across various platforms, including reports, social media messages, presentations, and internal communications; Recommend appropriate content formats and distribution channels, including newsletters, social media posts, videos, webinars, podcasts, and reports.
