Integrate with: Microsoft Entra ID, On–Prem Active Directory, Ellucian Colleague (on–prem and SaaS where applicable), Canvas, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Element451). Support licensing, group assignment, and entitlement automation. Available deployment options (SaaS, on–premises, hybrid). Supported hosting environments and regions (high availability). Ability to support hybrid identity environments (cloud + on–prem directory services). Customer responsibilities versus vendor responsibilities under each deployment model. Supported integration methods (APIs, event–based triggers, connectors, agents). Approach to integrating with Microsoft Entra ID and on–prem Active Directory, ERP systems (including Ellucian environments), LMS, CRM, and third–party SaaS platforms. Extensibility for custom or less common systems. Handling of systems that do not support modern authentication or APIs.
