RFI seeking providers of comprehensive, trauma-informed services for minors who are victims of sexual exploitation and trafficking in Hawaii.

Vendor needs to provide juvenile justice system who are suspected or confirmed victims of Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE), sextortion, and labor sex trafficking. 1. Emergency, transitional, short–term housing. 2. Medical and mental health services. 3. Basic living supplies, clothing and food. 4. Legal services and advocacy, court and daily guidance. 5. Crisis intervention. 6. Physical and emotional support services. 7. Employment support and assistance. 8. Protective and safety planning. 9. Social service advocacy and social engagement with community programs. 10. Transportation services. 11. Education (school, GED, vocational, graduating programs). 12. Support with government benefits. – These services are expected to be delivered in a manner that provides a safe trauma–informed environment, which shall include: 1. 24/7 accessible and comprehensive continuum of care for minors of all genders; specifically designed to support sexually exploited minors. 2. Immediate access to emergency beds and crisis interventions. 3. Trauma–informed therapeutic services and supervision. 4. Counseling services, case management and referral services. 5. Assessment and safety/crisis plan, to include access to crisis hotlines. 6. Outreach and advocacy support.
