Summary:

Seeking an enterprise IT ticketing and help desk system for LCCC, including asset management, project management, and integration capabilities.

(1) Vendor needs to provide IT ticketing and help desk system.– Comprehensive software solution capable of supporting multiple operational needs, including:– IT and Campus–Wide Help Desk Ticketing– IT Asset and Inventory Management.– Project Management.– Contract Management.– Facility Management.– Enterprise–level software solution that will streamline operations, improve service delivery, and enhance cross–departmental visibility.– Consolidate multiple current systems into a single integrated platform that reduces redundancy, improves workflow efficiency, and provides consistent user experience across LCCC. • Support scalability, data security (including FERPA compliance), and long–term maintainability.– Improve response times through automated workflows, prioritization, and escalation paths.– Maintain an accurate, real–time inventory of hardware, software, and network assets.– Track asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement, including assignments, warranties, and maintenance schedules.– Support reporting and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.– Cloud–hosted deployment that ensures reliability, scalability, and reduced on–premise maintenance. • Integration with LCCC’s Single Sign–On (SSO) environment for streamlined and secure user authentication. • Mobile–friendly interfaces or a dedicated mobile app to support technicians who need access to ticketing and inventory management tools while moving throughout campus. • Robust integration options, including APIs and import/export capabilities, enabling connectivity with other core LCCC systems such as Colleague, Microsoft Teams, and Entra.– SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other audit reports are available. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025.
