The Fashion Institute of Technology is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify internal communications software solutions that can enhance campus-wide communications. The purpose of this RFI is to collect insights and information from experienced vendors specializing in internal communications email software, with an emphasis on exploring advanced technologies that can improve and streamline communication processes across a large, diverse college campus.

Vendors are invited to submit detailed and creative responses addressing how their software solutions meet the needs of a higher education environment of this scale and complexity. Submissions should clearly outline system features, limitations, unique functionalities, and specify whether features are currently available, under development, or unavailable. Respondents are encouraged to demonstrate experience implementing similar solutions for institutions with comparable communication requirements, and to provide supporting materials such as case studies, white papers, or platform screenshots when relevant.

Additionally, vendors should identify any third-party products or services included in their proposed solution, and clearly note any assumptions or prerequisites required for successful platform implementation and performance. Questions regarding this RFI must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
