A Request for Information (RFI) is being conducted to identify a single intelligence horizon scanning capability tool for Army Intelligence applications. The goal is to find a platform capable of providing comprehensive, forward-looking market analysis and technological information relevant to Army Intelligence operations.

The desired solution should proactively track, analyze, and forecast advancements in technologies pertinent to intelligence work, including insights into emerging technologies, key industry players, competitive landscapes, and broad innovation trends. The platform should integrate data from multiple sources such as patents, funding databases, and market reports, offering actionable insights through intuitive dashboards and visualizations that support trend analysis, decision-making, and strategic planning.

Additional requirements include the ability to track, collate, and forecast emerging technologies, trends, and markets relevant to Army Intelligence, and provide information on technology readiness levels (TRLs) and innovation maturity. Patent activity, intellectual property developments, technology mapping, and innovation tracking related to defense technologies should also be supported.
