The required system should offer a perpetual license, with installation permitted on an unlimited number of workstations, and be delivered as a total SaaS solution. This includes all necessary software and hardware, as well as related peripheral devices and supplies for tracking inventory par levels, product usage, and automated reorder management. The solution must feature a built-in barcode system, eliminating the need for external barcode software.

The system should be capable of integration with the Cerner (Oracle) electronic health record platform and provide compatibility with external reporting tools. Onsite training will be required for both super-users and end-users as part of the go-live support, enabling them to independently operate and manage the system.
