Vendor needs to provide cloud–based Hyperfine Swoop MRI system maintenance software. Responsibilities include providing proprietary software updates, technical support, and preventative maintenance for a Hyperfine Swoop MRI system. Licensing involves annual access to the Hyperfine cloud–based image reconstruction platform. The vendor will operate the system and obtain images in the specified format. All software updates must be deployed as available, and software patches must comply with IT security requirements for networked laboratory equipment. The contract period will be for one year.
