(1) Vendor needs to provide RFI for human resources information system.– Assessment of the county’s existing human resources information system and payroll and timekeeping environment – including the use of existing software systems, and related business processes – and to aid in the issuance of any future request for proposals for a new software solution and professional services for the implementation of the selected system.– Prepare internal budgetary estimates, inform internal resource and staff planning levels, and educate County staff on available solutions in the marketplace.– Includes costs related to analysis, configuration, customization, project management, training, and change management.– Costs associated with software access and usage.– Optional service offerings and software costs associated with the proposed software.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
