A California county is seeking information from vendors regarding human resources information systems (HRIS) to inform the assessment and future planning for a new system. The scope includes a comprehensive evaluation of the county’s current HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping processes, including an analysis of the software solutions presently in use and the associated business workflows.

Vendors are asked to assist with internal budgetary estimates, resource and staffing considerations, and to educate county staff on available HRIS solutions in the marketplace. The requested information should address costs related to software analysis, configuration, customization, project management, training, change management, and software access and usage. Optional services and associated software costs are also within the scope of interest.
