(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources and payroll system.– Information from qualified and experienced firms potentially capable of delivering an integrated, modern, and scalable Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Payroll solution that supports the agency’s complex operational, financial, and regulatory needs.– Provide a cloud–based solution with a web–based application accessible with modern browsers– Requires a fully integrated HR platform capable of supporting a broad range of functions, including employee and manager selfservice, benefits administration, leave management, performance evaluations, applicant tracking, learning management, document management, position control, seniority tracking, regulatory reporting, and automated workflows that support all stages of the employee lifecycle.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
