Key requirements include comprehensive HR service delivery modules such as talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, HR forms, an HR helpdesk, and generative AI-enabled virtual agents tailored for government organizations. The platform must be capable of supporting over 400,000 users, ensuring robust scalability and high performance. Additionally, strong integration capabilities are essential, allowing for seamless interoperability with existing systems, including the VA's core personnel HR Smart system and other relevant platforms.
