Seeking information from vendors for a global hiring platform with advanced AI, data, and integration capabilities for New York agency.
(1) Vendor needs to provide hiring platform.– Provide a license for a hiring platform powered by 1B+ global professionals to help attract top talent through a combination of unique data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.– The platform will assist in finding the right candidate through search and recommend matches, build meaningful connections with candidates through enhanced messaging, and manage a pipeline of both active and passive candidates for powerful collaboration and analytic tools.• Specifications:– Vendor must have the ability to directly connect with an audience of 1B+ individuals globally via InMail and agency hiring office.– The vendor's hiring platform must have the ability to intelligently match open roles with candidates who have the skills, values, and experience agency needs.– Vendor must be able to provide a hiring platform that can create job postings with ability to change, update, and remove on demand with at least 50 slots allotted for promotion.– The hiring platform must include a recruiter dashboard with the following: 2 designated Recruiter Corporate seats, which include team collaboration, reporting, and unparalleled network search capabilities.– Hiring platform must be able to automate the process of pulling jobs from agency's applicant tracking system and posting via job slots.– The dashboard must be able to include at least 1 Manager seats in order to manage jobs in within the platform– Platform must be able to extend agency’s reach to both the active candidate pool and the passive pool of potential candidates on who are “open to new opportunities” but not actively job seeking– Platform must be able to Interface to agency’s ATS (currently PageUp but launching Oracle in near future)– A customizable employer branding profile hosted within the same global professional talent platform, capable of displaying videos, employee testimonials, culture descriptions, and open roles automatically.(2) All the questions must be submitted
