The State of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based flying training analysis modeling system. This system must serve as a comprehensive analytical tool equipped with a user-friendly interface to facilitate pilot training pipeline studies and related analyses. Key functionalities should include integrated modules for analyzing aircraft maintenance data as well as performing asset lifecycle management analyses.
The system will support 'what-if' scenario modeling, allowing users to forecast outcomes—such as the number of sorties flown and trainees graduated—prior to committing resources. The selected vendor will be responsible for full lifecycle support, including system development, maintenance, configuration, ongoing sustainment, user training, technical documentation, and helpdesk support. User licenses for the interface and any associated software must also be provided as required.
