(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet tracking system.– Replace the obsolete agency with a new modern cloud–based fleet tracking system that will allow for the implementation of efficient and streamlined business processes to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.– Online system must be able to manage FTS data effectively, integrate with several crucial internal and external systems to support fleet and asset tracking, and support critical internal and external reporting processes– New system will provide an intuitive, user–friendly interface, and will reduce the data entry burden for administrative staff and drivers (2) An optional intent to respond due on November 24, 2025.
