(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet management system– The objective of this RFI is to gather information about current market conditions and to collect information from Respondents and suppliers related to the availability of goods or services– The Agency is seeking information from vendors regarding modern fleet asset management solutions that can replace the current Fleet Asset Management System – The scope of this request includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: • Fleet Data Reporting: a central platform for departments to report on fleet asset composition, utilization, and disposition. • System Integration: Accept fleet data from other agency systems such as Fiscal, Fleet Fuel Card, and telematics platforms. • Data Management: Decentralized data entry and corrections by departments, with centralized access and oversight by agency. • Data Migration: Capability to migrate historical data from current FAMS system. • Validation and Compliance Tools: Features to identify and correct data errors, track compliance, and maintain data integrity. • Security and Compliance: Adherence to state IT security standard and privacy requirements (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025
