Vendor needs to provide financial systems support and reporting services. – The contractor shall deliver grant and non–grant financial system operational/administrator support and internal/external agency reporting. – The contractor shall develop and maintain reporting solutions compliant with regulatory/statutory guidelines and refine solutions to remain compliant with future regulatory/statutory changes. – The contractor shall design preventative and detective controls that reduce the scope and impact of potential manual or systemic errors in the $17 billion financial operation. – This will include the design and development of custom applications in Microsoft Office 365, cloud reports, and written policies and procedures that facilitates the collection, integration, and analysis of critical contextual data at the appropriate time to lead to evidence–based decision making. – These applications will empower users by providing actionable insights from real–time and historical data to improve operational decisions and efficiencies. – The contractor shall provide financial, budgetary, non–grant and grant related system production operational support leveraging expert level understanding of the financial system, the JustGrants grants management system, and the ASAP grant payment system. – The contractor shall support the maintenance and enhancement of grant and non–grant undelivered orders reconciliation reporting tool.
