A major financial operation managing approximately $17 billion is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive financial systems support and reporting services. The scope of work includes both grant and non-grant operational and administrative support, as well as preparing internal and external agency reports.

The contractor will develop and maintain reporting solutions that adhere to current regulatory and statutory requirements, with the flexibility to update these solutions as regulations evolve. Responsibilities also encompass designing preventative and detective controls to minimize the risk and impact of manual or systemic errors.

Key deliverables include the creation and maintenance of custom applications within Microsoft Office 365, the development of cloud-based reports, and drafting written policies and procedures. These tools will aid in the timely collection, integration, and analysis of critical contextual data, enabling evidence-based decision making and providing actionable insights for enhanced operational efficiency.

Expertise in supporting and maintaining financial, budgetary, and both grant and non-grant related system operations—including using the JustGrants management system and the ASAP grant payment system—is required. The contractor will also be tasked with maintaining and enhancing reconciliation reporting tools for undelivered orders related to grants and non-grant activities.
