Scope includes: Speed and Agility, Data-Driven Decisions, and Process Efficiency. Potential sources are sought for financial systems modernization and rationalization, sustainment, including the full lifecycle range of Financial Systems Operation, Maintenance, and Sustainment support for agency Business Applications. Operations and Maintenance and Sustainment shall include designing, developing, configuring, testing, migrating, operating/maintaining, and securing financial systems.
