(1) Vendor needs to provide event management cloud base solution. • Specifications: – Accept payments from exhibitors; all attendees are free. – Provide lead retrieval solution for all exhibitors and workshops attendance. – Offer on–demand badge printing, mobile application, registration, and analytics. – Install registration module/application on devices ready for onsite registration on the event day. – Supply thermal laser printers (minimum of 6 units) and pre–printed badges (minimum of 2,500 pcs). – Provide iPads/Tablets or Laptops with stands and power accessories (minimum of 7 units). – Deliver handheld mobile devices with power accessories for attendance tracking (minimum of 10 units). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
