Vendor needs to provide event banner and flag display services. • Provide event banner installation/removal and flag display installation/removal and maintenance services. • Install and remove event banners over a public roadway for agency-sponsored events (banners may be displayed multiple times per year). • Coordinate banner changeovers so the next event’s banner is installed a minimum number of days prior to the scheduled event, as directed. • Remove banners ahead of potential severe weather events (storm front, tropical storm, hurricane) when directed or when conditions warrant. • Install and remove flag displays at multiple pre-designated locations using permanent mounts identified by the Agency. • A late-spring/early-summer display period that remains through a major summer holiday and is removed within a defined period afterward. • The Agency may provide flags and/or permanent mounting hardware, and may provide event banners for pickup/return at a designated location.
