(1) Vendor needs to provide eProcurement system. – Currently looking for a system that can handle a solicitation process from start to finish. – Specification development and routing within the system, issuance of a sealed solicitation, question and answer period, closing of the solicitation, evaluation and award. – The system does not need to integrate with JD Edwards, and we are not looking for an integration at this time. – Provide a concise narrative of the entire response, highlighting any key or unique features. – A system that incorporates: project intake, specification development, workflow routing. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
