(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource program services. – Ability to securely store and manage employee personal information, including contact details, emergency contacts, and demographic data. – Support for data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., General Data Protection Regulation, – Applicant tracking system functionality, including job posting, application management, and candidate communication. – Integration with job boards and social media platforms. – Ability to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time–to–fill, cost–per–hire). – Integration with other HR modules (e.g., payroll, benefits). – Ability to track employee performance metrics and provide feedback. – 360–degree feedback capabilities – Accurate tracking of employee work hours, including regular hours, overtime, and leave. This tracking includes both exempt and non–exempt employees. (2) All question must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025.
