(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource program services. – Ability to securely store and manage employee personal information, including contact details, emergency contacts, and demographic data. – Support for data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., General Data Protection Regulation, – Applicant tracking system functionality, including job posting, application management, and candidate communication. – Integration with job boards and social media platforms. – Ability to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time–to–fill, cost–per–hire). – Integration with other HR modules (e.g., payroll, benefits). – Ability to track employee performance metrics and provide feedback. – 360–degree feedback capabilities – Accurate tracking of employee work hours, including regular hours, overtime, and leave.
