(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system to the Non–Profit Organization located in BC. – Purpose is to gathering market information related to modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems suitable for the agency. – The information collected will assist agency to understand the current and emerging ERP landscape and help inform potential pathways for school districts to modernize their ERP systems. • Agency is seeking to obtain and develop a clearer understanding of the ERP landscape: – Capabilities of ERP Software Vendors. – Technical and architectural maturity, including cloud–native readiness, data residency, interoperability, and system configurability. – Roadmap sustainability, long–term cost drivers, and risks related to vendor stability. – Lessons learned and implementation risk factors. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.
