A Washington state agency is seeking information from vendors regarding advanced enterprise resource planning (ERP) software systems. The agency currently operates in a highly complex, multi-system enterprise environment centered around PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), with support from several third-party and custom applications. While the existing system fulfills many functional requirements, limited integration has led to heavy reliance on manual processes, spreadsheets, and institutional knowledge.
The agency is interested in solutions that can stabilize and standardize core enterprise systems, reduce customizations, and decrease operational risk and costs. Key objectives include increasing system integration and automation, eliminating manual processes, reducing data duplication, and improving end-to-end process efficiency. Vendors are encouraged to provide information on ERP platforms that enable clear ownership of systems and data, enhance reporting and analytics for better decision-making, and leverage self-service functionality to improve user experience. Additionally, the agency seeks to simplify and align business processes across departments while promoting effective change management and user adoption of future ERP solutions.
Questions regarding this request for information must be submitted by March 13, 2026.
