New Jersey is seeking qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform delivered through a multi-instance Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription model. The aim is to enhance IT service delivery, strengthen operational efficiency, and support a comprehensive digital transformation across the enterprise.
The requested ERP solution must encompass a wide range of enterprise functions including Enterprise Asset Management, HR Service Delivery, Artificial Intelligence integration, Data Lake capabilities, and Greenfield Solution development. Additional requirements cover Vendor Risk Management, Field Service Management, a suite of Professional Services such as Service Configuration Management Process Program Support, and provisions for transition out activities.
Core functionality of the platform should include IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Digital Workplaces, Customer Service Management, Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and advanced integration capabilities. Vendors are expected to provide, configure, deploy, and maintain SaaS-based ITSM features including, but not limited to, incident, problem, change, release, service request, service catalog, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and knowledge management. The solution’s Problem Management capacities should enable effective identification and management of major and recurring incident root causes, including tools for root cause analysis, logging, categorization, prioritization, permanent solution documentation, and the maintenance of a robust Known Error Database.
