Vendor needs to provide cloud–based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution delivered via a multi–instance Platform–as–a–Service (PaaS) and Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) subscription model. This requirement supports the mission to enhance IT service delivery, strengthen operational efficiency, and advance digital transformation across the enterprise. The solution must address Enterprise Asset Management, Enterprise HRSD, Artificial Intelligence, Data Lake Solution, Greenfield Solution, Vendor Risk Management, Field Service Management, Professional Services (such as Service Configuration Management Process Program Support), and Transition Out. The ERP solution shall include the following capabilities: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, Digital Workplaces, Customer Service Management (CSM), Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Integration Center. The Contractor shall provide, configure, deploy and maintain SaaS–based ITSM capabilities including incident, problem, change, release, service request, service catalog, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), knowledge, etc. Problem Management capabilities should identify and manage the root causes of major and recurring incidents, provide the ability to avert impactful incidents, offer logging, categorization, and prioritization of problems, root cause analysis tools, permanent solution documentation, and a sustainable Known Error Database as an output of the Problem Management practice.
