The solution must provide both real-time and batch matching capabilities and enable configurable watchlist management, scoring logic, and threshold controls.
The software should support multiple biometric modalities, including facial recognition, fingerprint and palm print matching, iris recognition, palmo iris, voiceprint matching (if applicable), and biographic matching augmentation. Additional requirements include support for search, identification, verification, and deduplication workflows, as well as maintaining high accuracy aligned with DHS-specified False Accept Rate (FAR) and False Reject Rate (FRR) standards. The vendor will also be responsible for training, documentation, ongoing maintenance, security updates, help desk support, and providing auditability features such as detailed logs and chain-of-custody reporting.
