Vendor needs to provide enterprise license for biometrics matching software including delivering and maintaining a scalable, multi–modal biometric matching capability; configuring and integrating the software with interfaces, data formats, and cloud environments; supporting all required testing and accreditation activities; and providing training, documentation, maintenance, security updates, and help desk support. Support multiple biometric modalities, including but not limited to: Facial recognition, Fingerprint and palm print matching, Iris recognition, Palmo Iris, Voiceprint matching (if applicable), Biographic matching augmentation. Provide real–time and batch matching capabilities. Enable configurable watchlist management, scoring logic, and threshold controls. Support search, identification, verification, and deduplication workflows. Maintain high accuracy, meeting or exceeding DHS–specified False Accept Rate (FAR) and False Reject Rate (FRR) performance measures. Provide auditability, including detailed logs and chain–of–custody reporting features.
