A Washington, DC-based organization is seeking information from vendors regarding a cloud-hosted, SaaS-based enterprise data platform. The desired solution should encompass comprehensive capabilities for data ingestion, processing, modeling, governance, quality assurance, and consumption. It must support both structured and semi-structured data, with seamless integration to ERP systems, operational platforms, GIS, and external data feeds. Operational monitoring, robust administration, and the capacity to transition from existing transactional systems of record are essential components of the proposed platform.
Vendors should demonstrate compliance with FedRAMP Moderate security requirements and offer advanced enterprise identity and access management, including SSO, RBAC, and row-level security within multiple isolated environments (Dev, Test/QA, Pre-Prod, and Prod). The solution architecture must articulate both logical and physical design, detail the SaaS deployment and tenancy model, and provide strategies for scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and workload isolation.
Key features should include advanced data modeling and semantic layer capabilities, support for multiple semantic models, business logic versioning, and detailed performance considerations. Data governance tools are required for business and technical metadata management, end-to-end data lineage, stewardship workflows, and integration with external governance utilities. The platform should offer AI-assisted features for data quality and automation, ML model integration, and lifecycle management. Extensive GIS capabilities are essential, including ingestion, storage, management, and analysis of spatial and geospatial data, compliance with spatial standards, and secure access controls for spatial information.
Questions about this request must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.
