California is requesting information from qualified small business vendors for the provision of Emergency Routing System (ERS) software to support the state’s 911 emergency telephony system. The required services include licensing and maintenance of brand name Intrado ERS software, along with annual maintenance and technical support.

The vendor will also supply emergency gateway virtual licenses and desk alert software to enhance system reliability and communication capabilities. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year and is designated as a total small business set-aside opportunity.

This initiative aims to ensure the ongoing operational readiness and support of critical emergency routing functions within California's 911 infrastructure.
