Vendor needs to provide electronic timesheet solution with time and attendance tracking capabilities. The solution should include any related services or products that will interface with BCIB’s current payroll system, PeopleSoft. Comprehensive time and attendance tracking, including detection of missing entries. Ability to add temporary employees until PeopleSoft onboarding is complete. When integrated, replace the temporary employee with the permanent employee seamlessly. Customizable reporting, corrections, and data preparation prior to PeopleSoft submission. Track and approve change requests with controls during pay runs. Track employees working across multiple contractors and/or projects and prevent overlapping hours. This includes tracking for overtime purposes, and ability to evaluate Employee’s hours even when in temporary employment status in one department. Provide a web-based administrator tool and support data exchange with other systems as required.
