Electronic timecards are critical to improve accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and risk management in workforce operations. • Test the functionality and user experience of the timecard system in a real–world setting. • Measure improvements in accuracy and efficiency compared to manual processes. • Evaluate the ability to submit, record and approve standard time, overtime, and various leave types (workflows). • Enable submission, review, and approval of various benefit time e.g., vacation, illness, kin care, personal necessity (workflows). • Enable pre–approval and approval for overtime requests for eligible staff (workflows). • Assess the system’s integration capability with SAP for HR and payroll synchronization. • Collect feedback and performance metrics to support a go/no–go decision for organization–wide deployment.
