Vendor needs to provide electronic document and records management system. The Agency seeks broader market input, including non‚ÄëSharePoint platforms, to define an achievable, phased roadmap to implement an agency that meets compliance requirements, improves staff productivity, and strengthens information governance. Identify industry‚Äëleading agency suitable for a municipal organization. Understand the range of functionalities available in current agency offerings. Gather information on best practices for implementation and change management taking into consideration impacts on end‚Äëusers and their business processes. Understand integration capabilities with existing systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, ERP, GIS). Assess the scalability, hosting models (cloud, on‚Äëpremises, hybrid), and security features of various solutions. Obtain high‚Äëlevel cost estimates for licensing, implementation, training, and support. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
