Vendor needs to provide e–procurement solution.– The agency seeks information to improve its planning and execution for anticipated future procurement of an e–procurement solution– In particular, the agency is interested in information pertaining to the degree to which a potential solution• Could support procurement efforts in the following program areas– Category–based procurement portfolio management– Enhanced document management and control, especially related to templates– Evaluation routing and control, including scoring matrices– Internal workflow, authorizations and e–signatures– Contract compliance monitoring, performance management, key performance indicators (KPIs) and supplier engagement• Internal management of due dates and notifications.• Can export detailed submission information in a custom manner, to a level of granularity established by the agency, without caps or other limits on data to be exported• Is capable of creating and integrating/organizing multiple instances of the solution, to replicate existing organizational structures with core–government, public bodies, and municipal governments• Can offer flexibility in licensing arrangements such that participating entities can independently choose from a set of modules, or other subsets of functionality, and implement according to the maturity of their respective procurement programs
