Vendor needs to provide document management system.– Provide Case/Document Management System (DMS) software.– System capabilities, pricing structures, implementation timelines, ongoing support models, and integration compatibility.– Provide Documents and records within the City to be managed and stored in a manner that will meet records management best practices and industry standards; satisfy all governmental regulations and legislation; and provide a streamlined and secure way for employees to search for and access records.– Provide an outline or non–binding estimate of all costs associated with the following components:– System Capabilities– Pricing structure (estimated)– Average implementation timeframe– System support– Systems integrations– Security features– Use of artificial intelligence (if applicable)– Additional relevant information.
