Vendor needs to provide discretionary access control system– Agency is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the implementation of a new Discretionary Access Control (DAC) System for managing physical keys across its operations.– While workflows vary between sites, the system’s primary purpose is to control access and provide an audit trail for the use of physical assets in production environments, particularly within TV and Radio Production. These assets include keys to premises, devices, technical areas, equipment, and broadcast vehicles. There is a requirement for a supporting cloud–based SAAS Solution to centralise, manage and track assets/keys for the Discretionary Access Control hardware. The solution proposed will require validation and approval by the agency prior to acceptance for onboarding. There is a requirement for 2FA/SSO for secure authentication. There is a requirement for the solution to be accessible by adhering to WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. The new solution should facilitate the migration of User data from the current solution. The new solution must provide real–time visibility when new/amended data is saved, and changes should then be visible to other users immediately. The SAAS solution must be a shared resource which is accessible by multiple users concurrently on different devices.
