Vendor needs to provide digital pathology solution. Provide digital pathology systems, including but not limited to whole slide imaging (WSI), image management, analysis, storage, interoperability, and clinical/research workflows. Understand the current digital pathology market and available solutions. Evaluate system capabilities, architecture, scalability, and maturity. Assess alignment with clinical diagnostics, research, education, and regulatory requirements. Inform the development of a future Request for Proposal (RFP). Establish an estimated budget. Provide information related to an end-to-end digital pathology ecosystem, which may include: whole slide scanners and image acquisition; image management platforms and viewers; workflow orchestration and case management; image analysis and AI-enabled tools; integration with laboratory and enterprise systems; data storage, security, and governance; validation, regulatory, and compliance support; implementation, training, and ongoing support. Image Management and Viewing: centralized image repository; web-based and desktop viewing capabilities; annotation, measurement, and collaboration tools; case sharing and remote access capabilities. Image Analysis and AI: native image analysis tools; AI/ML model availability (FDA-cleared and research-use); third-party AI integration capabilities including in-house developed algorithms; model validation, versioning, and governance.
