A federal department is seeking information from vendors regarding a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) data streaming, processing, and analytics platform. The goal is to support a wide range of data management, observability, and security requirements across the Department's global operations.
The desired solution should provide a robust and proven platform capable of extracting data from diverse sources, loading it in its native form into various storage and analytics systems, and transforming data as necessary to support efficient analytics queries. Key requirements include a fully integrated, single-OEM platform offering end-to-end capabilities with seamless integration across tools. The solution must feature significant out-of-the-box functionality with support for custom configurations and expedited implementations. Professional configuration services, delivered by a specialized in-house team for on-premises deployments, are also required.
Additionally, the platform must comply with the Department's Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) policies and be able to route data to systems such as Databricks, as well as to low-cost cloud storage options including Amazon S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud Storage, and low-cost file storage options. Questions regarding the request must be submitted by October 24, 2025.
