The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding a comprehensive core platform solution. This platform should encompass a range of critical business functions, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)/IT Business Management (ITBM), as well as facilities, HR, and asset management.

The ideal solution should feature robust ITSM capabilities such as incident, problem, and change management, along with user-friendly service request portals and workflows. For ITOM, the platform must offer automated asset discovery, service mapping with a comprehensive Configuration Management Database (CMDB), event management, and the integration of AI-driven analytics (AIOps) for proactive operations. Additionally, the platform should provide strategic project and portfolio management tools, including project lifecycle oversight, resource and budget planning, and demand management to ensure that business and IT initiatives align with organizational priorities and deliver optimal value.

Vendors are invited to share information about solutions that can integrate these diverse functions within a unified platform, supporting Virginia's goals for streamlined operations and improved service delivery.
