The United States Air Force is seeking qualified vendors to provide continued cloud migration and cybersecurity services. The selected contractor will support evolving programs and systems, adapting to organizational changes that occur as these programs progress through their lifecycle phases.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day security operations and support across the software development lifecycle, fulfilling roles such as Information System Security Officer (ISSO), Information System Security Manager (ISSM), Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), and Security Control Assessor’s Representative (SCAR). The contractor will conduct comprehensive assessments of Business Enterprise Systems and Mission Partners' applications to determine their readiness for cloud migration, analyze current infrastructures, and assess security postures.
Further tasks involve developing and executing detailed migration plans based on cloud strategy, migrating applications and data while ensuring data integrity, security, and minimal operational disruption. Ongoing responsibilities encompass cloud continuous development, program management office (PMO) cybersecurity services, guidance on Risk Management Framework (RMF) control families, and the application of national and federal cybersecurity standards. The contract period is three years and is set aside for 8(a) businesses.
