Yukon's emergency medical services are seeking information from vendors regarding computer aided dispatching (CAD) systems. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to collect insights that will guide the development of a future procurement process for CAD solutions specific to emergency medical applications.

Key objectives include understanding currently available CAD systems, exploring new technologies and approaches, and gathering vendor recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of upcoming procurement efforts. Yukon is interested in high-level cost estimates for budget planning, as well as feedback from the industry on the procurement opportunity. Respondents are also encouraged to identify and discuss critical factors the agency should consider when defining future business requirements, and to provide information on cloud-based CAD solutions, along with necessary hardware and software requirements.

The contract period for the anticipated procurement is expected to be five years.
