(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatching system (CAD) for emergency medical services.– To gather information that could assist the agency in the development of a subsequent procurement process.– Acquire additional information on what CAD systems are currently available.– Obtain information on potential new technologies or approaches– Obtain recommendations that would enhance the success of a future procurement opportunity for the project– Obtain high–level cost estimates for budget purposes, and– Provide industry with an opportunity to comment on the potential procurement opportunity.– Identification and discussion of key factors that the respondent recommended agency consider when developing its future business requirements– Information on cloud–based CAD systems and– Information on necessary hardware and software required to effectively use current CAD systems.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
