Vendor needs to provide commercial mass text messaging subscription services. The service will enable the second brigade to send critical and informational communications directly to soldiers and their families. This platform will be used to disseminate information regarding community events, family readiness group activities, emergency notifications, and other opportunities, improving the timeliness and reach of brigade communications. SMS messages (160 characters or less) shall cost 1 credit per recipient, and MMS messages (1,600 characters or more, and including an image) shall cost 3 credits per recipient.
