A Maryland-based organization is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the implementation of a cloud-based telephone solution. The system must offer standard telephony features, including support for a small IT Help Desk contact center, multiple auto-attendants, hunt groups, voicemail, call forwarding, and call transfers. The proposed solution should utilize existing Yealink physical phones, as well as support Windows software clients and smartphone clients for both iPhone and Android platforms.
Key requirements include virtual fax capabilities, e911 services with text and email notifications, Pinpoint 911 locator, voicemail-to-email with transcription, and the ability to forward calls to voicemail. The system should be cloud-based, with connectivity provided by redundant 40Gbps Internet circuits, unless the vendor requires dedicated circuits. Comprehensive 24/7 support via phone and email is expected. Respondents are asked to include a security overview of their architecture and submit any questions by January 16, 2026.
