Vendor needs to provide cloud–based construction management enterprise tool. Acquire a Commercial–Off–The–Self (COTS) solution for capital program and project management. Provide, configure, implement, and administer the configured COTS solution. Includes hosting licensing, configuration, data architecture, integration, testing, training, maintenance and support services, and system. Process, store, and report planning, design, and construction data for capital projects. Enable seamless collaboration, integration, accountability, reporting, and information access. Document Management. Enable information to be stored, viewed, analyzed, reproduced, and updated with a minimal amount of effort and no duplication of effort through a Graphical User Interface (GUI). Provide an intuitive, effective, easy to learn, and responsive end user experience to improve project team member productivity in the delivery of construction projects. Implement an enterprise–wide system of record and system of reporting allowing rapid, real–time data reporting. Provide the capability to ensure data has access control capabilities to limit accessibility based on user role, Center assignment, or Program and Project assignment. The contract period will be for one year.
