(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based building automation assessment system.– Building Automation System (BAS) solutions, integration capabilities, cybersecurity standards, and service models, and opportunities for on–site demonstrations to provide needed information in the development.– Cloud–based Building Automation System (BAS) for HVAC control, data collection, and optimization. The system shall include Internet programmable thermostats, gateways, and accessories that form a secure self–healing mesh network, with cloud–based access for configuration, monitoring, and analytics. The system shall include integration with an advanced optimization platform that dynamically adjusts equipment operation based on weather, occupancy scheduling, actual occupancy, relative humidity, ramp times, and demand ceilings. Centralized graphical user interface. Role–based user access and cybersecurity features (encryption, audit logs). Alarm, monitoring management, trending, and reporting capabilities. Cloud vs. on–premises hosting options. Compliance with public–sector IT and cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST, ISO). Secure authentication, data encryption, and network segmentation practices. Software patching and update management. Cloud–managed Building Automation System utilizing self–healing mesh communication, outbound–only encrypted connectivity, and a fully web–based management interface with no software licensing or on–premises server requirements. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
