Vendor needs to provide candidate testing and proctoring platform. Responses should include but not be limited to: an outline of the proctoring and security controls available in the system, a description of all anti–cheat features including how the system prevents false positives, and an overview of the available audit trails. The vendor will provide a fully functional, cloud–based platform designed to assess candidates applying for technical roles such as Deskside Analysts, Network Analysts, Senior Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Cybersecurity Specialists. The solution will include role–specific tests such as coding challenges (language–specific), system design exercises, scenarios, and simulations. The platform should support both custom content and templated industry–standard assessments. The platform should feature proctoring tools, including AI–enabled tools, such as webcam monitoring, copy paste detection, voice detection, mouse tracking, screen tracking, browser lockdown, and IP logging to maintain assessment integrity. The platform should integrate seamlessly with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and include role–based access control for recruiters, managers, and administrators. It should allow for automatic data synchronization with candidates and across the system. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026.
