(1) Vendor needs to provide bus operations paperless shop work order system.– Replace manual, paper–driven processes with a mobile–friendly, digitally integrated system that supports work order management, inventory control, reporting, and system integration with agency existing SAP platform.– Key systems include: SAPECC6 EHP7, S/4 Hana, SAP BAPI, SQL, SSO Azure AD, Site Wi–Fi, Power BI, Modern Browsers including Chromium version 110 or higher for both Microsoft edge and Google Chrome, any progressive web apps, native mobile apps, hybrid apps and frameworks.– Runs on a modern browser Chromium version 110 or higher for both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome– Mobile handheld system must be able to recreate current paper inspection forms as interactive digital forms that update the SAP system of record in real time to improve resource utilization and the manual form entry process– Improving insight about the overall working of the maintenance program, including, but not limited to, planning, execution, tracking and continuous improvement.– Optimize selection and assignment of resources, assets, and tasks to improve overall efficiency.– Provide capability for dynamic planning and rescheduling of activities and resources to meet set targets.– Optimize processes by providing executive management, maintenance management, administrators, and maintainers with real time maintenance information.(2) A virtual information session will be held on December 3, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025.
